Foreigners Net Buyers of Japanese Stocks for 2nd Week

   Tokyo, April 20 (Jiji Press)--Foreign investors were net buyers of Japanese stocks for the second straight week last week, a Tokyo Stock Exchange report showed Thursday.
   In the April 10-14 week, overseas investors posted a buying excess of 102,721 million yen, up from the previous week's 90,827 million yen, according to the report on stock transactions via 52 brokerage firms on the TSE and the Nagoya Stock Exchange, Japan's two major cash stock markets.
   The key 225-issue Nikkei average dived 329.00 points, or 1.76 pct, to end the reporting week at 18,335.63 amid escalating geopolitical tensions.
