Japan Oct. Coincident Index Up 0.3 Point

   Tokyo, Dec. 7 (Jiji Press)--Japan's composite index of coincident economic indicators for October rose 0.3 point from the previous month, the Cabinet Office said Thursday.
   The coincident CI, which reflects current economic conditions, stood at 116.5 against 100 for the base year of 2010, the government agency said in a preliminary report.
   The leading CI, a yardstick for the economy's performance months ahead, was down 0.4 point at 106.1.
