Suntory Defends Japan Rugby Top League Title

   Tokyo, Jan. 13 (Jiji Press)--The Suntory Sungoliath defeated the Panasonic Wild Knights 12-8 in the Japan Rugby Top League final on Saturday, winning the title for the second straight season.
   Suntory enjoyed its fifth Top League crown by winning the final, held at Tokyo's Prince Chichibu Memorial Rugby Stadium.
   The victory also marked the team's second straight national title as the league's final tournament also serves as national championships. Suntory thus won a national title for the eighth time.
