Man Arrested in Expressway Road Rage Case in Japan

   Mito, Ibaraki Pref., Aug. 18 (Jiji Press)--Police arrested a 43-year-old man on a nationwide wanted list on Sunday on charges of causing bodily injury to a driver in a road rage case on an expressway in Ibaraki Prefecture, eastern Japan.
   The man, Fumio Miyazaki, was detained in the western city of Osaka, according to the Ibaraki prefectural police department. The police plan to interrogate him in Ibaraki.
   Miyazaki, whose occupation is unknown, is suspected of stopping the car of a 24-year-old driver by reckless driving near the Moriya rest area on the inbound lanes of the Joban Expressway in Moriya, Ibaraki, at around 6:15 a.m. on Aug. 10 (9:15 p.m. on Aug 9 GMT).
   He got out of his own vehicle and punched the driver on the face several times, shouting things like "I'll kill you!" The man suffered bruises on his face and hand.
   The man submitted a victim report to police on Aug. 11.
