N. Korea Fires Projectiles Again

   Seoul, Sept. 10 (Jiji Press)--North Korea fired projectiles twice on Tuesday from South Pyongan Province in the country's western region toward the east, according to the South Korean military's Joint Chiefs of Staff.
   It was the first time for North Korea to fire projectiles since Aug. 24.
   The South Korean military said that they are monitoring Pyongyang's moves in case of additional launches.
   On Monday, Choe Son Hui, North Korean first deputy foreign minister, said that Pyongyang is ready to hold comprehensive talks with the U.S. side in late September.
   North Korea apparently takes a carrot-and-stick approach to the United States, showing its readiness to hold dialogue while keeping a threatening attitude through fresh projectile launches at the same time, pundits said.
