(Update) N. Korea Fires 2 Projectiles

   Seoul, Sept. 10 (Jiji Press)--North Korea on Tuesday fired two projectiles from South Pyongan Province in the country's western region toward the east, according to the South Korean military's Joint Chiefs of Staff.
   The projectiles were launched from around Kaechon around 6:53 a.m. (9:53 p.m. Monday GMT) and 7:12 a.m., respectively.
   They traveled up to some 330 kilometers, according to the South Korean military.
   Just on Monday, Choe Son Hui, North Korean's first deputy foreign minister, said that Pyongyang was ready to hold comprehensive talks with the United States in late September.
   North Korea is showing its readiness for dialogue while keeping a threatening attitude through fresh projectile launches at the same time, pundits said.
