Abe Renews Vow to Carry Out Constitutional Reform

Tokyo, Sept. 11 (Jiji Press)--Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe renewed his pledge to reform the country's Constitution, following a cabinet reshuffle Wednesday.
"It's a difficult challenge, but I'll carry it out without fail," Abe stressed at a press conference after the new cabinet was launched in the afternoon.
