Japan Sept. Coincident Index Up 2.0 Points

   Tokyo, Nov. 8 (Jiji Press)--Japan's composite index of coincident economic indicators for September rose 2.0 points from the previous month, the Cabinet Office said Friday.
   The coincident CI, which reflects current economic conditions, stood at 101.0 against 100 for the base year of 2015, the government agency said in a preliminary report.
   The Cabinet Office adopted a basic view that the index is "worsening" for the second consecutive month.
   The leading CI, a yardstick for the economy's performance months ahead, was up 0.3 point at 92.2.
