Japan Revises Up Coincident Index in Sept.

   Tokyo, Nov. 25 (Jiji Press)--Japan's Cabinet Office said Monday it has revised up the composite index of coincident economic indicators for September.
   The revised coincident CI, which reflects current economic conditions, stood at 101.1 against 100 for the base year of 2015, up from 101.0 in the preliminary report announced earlier this month. The index was up 2.1 points from the previous month, compared with the preliminary reading of a 2.0-point rise.
   The leading CI, a yardstick for the economy's performance months ahead, was unchanged from August at 91.9. In the preliminary report, the index rose 0.3 point to 92.2.
