Japan's Current Account Surplus Grows 75 Pct in Nov.

   Tokyo, Jan. 14 (Jiji Press)--Japan's current account surplus in November rose 75.0 pct from a year before to 1,436.8 billion yen, the Finance Ministry said in a preliminary report Tuesday.
   The result came against the median forecast of 1,413.2 billion yen in surplus among 18 economic research institutes surveyed by Jiji Press.
   The ministry said Japan logged a goods and services trade surplus of 160.5 billion yen against the year-before deficit of 499.4 billion yen.
   In goods trade, Japan's deficit narrowed to 2.5 billion yen from 539.6 billion yen.
   The country's surplus on the primary income account expanded 0.1 pct to 1,457.5 billion yen.
