Japan July-Sept. GDP Up Preliminary 5.0 Pct

   Tokyo, Nov. 16 (Jiji Press)--Japan's gross domestic product in July-September grew 5.0 pct from the previous quarter in price-adjusted real terms, the Cabinet Office said in a preliminary report Monday.
   The result represents a 21.4 pct annualized rise.
   The annualized figure compared with the median forecast of a 19.0 pct decrease among the 19 economic research institutes surveyed by Jiji Press.
   In nominal terms, the country's GDP rose 5.2 pct for an annualized increase of 22.7 pct.
