Japan April Coincident Index Up 2.6 Points

   Tokyo, June 7 (Jiji Press)--Japan's composite index of coincident economic indicators for April rose 2.6 points from the previous month, the Cabinet Office said Monday.
   The coincident CI, which reflects current economic conditions, stood at 95.5 against 100 for the base year of 2015, the government agency said in a preliminary report.
   The leading CI, a yardstick for the economy's performance months ahead, was up 0.6 point at 103.0.
