Tokyo's Daily COVID-19 Infections Fall Even Further to 5

   Tokyo, Nov. 24 (Jiji Press)--The daily number of new COVID-19 infections in Tokyo fell by 22 from a week before to five on Wednesday, hitting yet another low for 2021, the Tokyo metropolitan government said.
   No fatality from COVID-19 was reported in the Japanese capital for the second straight day. The number of COVID-19 patients with severe symptoms under the metropolitan government's standards was unchanged from the previous day at eight.
   The seven-day moving average of daily infection figures dropped 32.2 pct from a week earlier to 14.3.
