Japan April-June GDP Revised Down to Annual 4.8 Pct Rise

   Tokyo, Sept. 8 (Jiji Press)--Japan's gross domestic product in April-June increased 1.2 pct from the previous quarter in inflation-adjusted real terms, or 4.8 pct at an annual rate, the Cabinet Office said Friday.
   The figures marked a downward revision from the rise of 1.5 pct, or an annualized 6.0 pct, in the preliminary report announced last month.
   In nominal terms, the country's GDP rose 2.7 pct for an annualized increase of 11.4 pct, against the preliminary growth of 2.9 pct for an annualized 12.0 pct.
