N. Korea Fires Apparent Ballistic Missile

   Tokyo, Sept. 12 (Jiji Press)--North Korea fired an object believed to be a ballistic missile on Thursday, Japan's Defense Ministry said.
   The object is seen to have already fallen, according to the ministry.
