Japan July-Sept. GDP Revised Up to Annual 1.2 Pct Rise

   Tokyo, Dec. 9 (Jiji Press)--Japan revised up its gross domestic product growth in July-September to a rise of 1.2 pct from 0.9 pct in price-adjusted real terms, government data showed Monday.
   On a nonannualized basis, the country's real GDP expanded 0.3 pct from the previous quarter, up from the preliminary reading of a 0.2 pct rise announced last month, the Cabinet Office said.
   In nominal terms, GDP rose 0.5 pct for an annualized increase of 1.8 pct, against the preliminary rise of 0.5 for an annualized 2.1 pct gain.
