Seven-Eleven Japan Offers to Accept End of 24-Hour Operation

   Tokyo, July 11 (Jiji Press)--Convenience store chain Seven-Eleven Japan Co. has offered to accept the end of 24-hour operation at a franchisee in Higashiosaka, Osaka Prefecture, company officials said Thursday.
   The franchiser's regional manager handed a document on contract changes allowing shorter opening hours to Mitoshi Matsumoto, the owner of the Higashiosaka store, on Thursday, the officials said.
