Japan Quake Damper Maker Loses Int'l Quality Certification

   Tokyo, Dec. 3 (Jiji Press)--A Japanese earthquake-mitigating oil damper maker has lost an international product quality management certification in the wake of its inspection data manipulation scandal, informed sources said Monday.
   Koyo Seiki Co., a Kawakin Holdings Co. <5614> subsidiary, lost the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 certification as of Nov. 19 for its Tsukuba plant in Chikusei, Ibaraki Prefecture, eastern Japan.
