Watami to Set Up Company to Foster Foreign Workers

   Tokyo, May 15 (Jiji Press)--Japanese restaurant chain operator Watami Co. <7522> said Wednesday that it will set up a company in June to foster foreign workers and offer support for them to be accepted in Japan.
   The move is aimed at helping companies facing serious labor shortages hire foreigners who are willing to work for long periods in Japan.
