INTERVIEW: Fujitsu to Give Favorable Treatment to Skilled Workers

   Tokyo, Aug. 8 (Jiji Press)--Fujitsu Ltd. <6702> plans to introduce a system this fiscal year that rewards highly skilled workers, Takahito Tokita, president of the Japanese electronics firm, said Thursday.
   The move is aimed at strengthening the company's competitiveness in the hiring market, Tokita said in his first interview since assuming the post in June.
