Rakuten to Delay Start of Full Mobile Service by 6 Months

   Tokyo, Sept. 6 (Jiji Press)--Rakuten Inc. <4755> is expected to push back the start of its full mobile services in Japan by six months until spring 2020 due to a delay in constructing base stations, informed sources said Friday.
   Rakuten Mobile Inc., a unit of the Japanese e-commerce company, initially planned to start the full service in October. Starting next month, it will offer free services to 5,000 customers, the sources said.
