(Update 2) Rakuten to Delay Start of Full Mobile Services

   Tokyo, Sept. 6 (Jiji Press)--Rakuten Inc. <4755> said Friday that it will push back the start of its full mobile phone services in Japan from the initially planned October due to a delay in constructing base stations.
   From next month, Rakuten Mobile Inc., a unit of the Japanese e-commerce company, now plans to offer free services to a total of 5,000 customers in Tokyo's 23 special wards and the major cities of Osaka, Nagoya and Kobe.
