Ministop Testing Shorter Hours since Sept.

   Tokyo, Oct. 10 (Jiji Press)--Japanese convenience store operator Ministop Co. <9946> began experimenting with shortened service hours at dozens of its franchise shops in September, a company official said Thursday.
   Seventy stores have signed up for the trial, which runs until the end of February 2020. The initiative will be expanded if more stores wish to participate.
