Presidents' Compensation at Big Japanese Firms Hits Record

   Tokyo, Dec. 3 (Jiji Press)--The median compensation of presidents at companies with annual sales of one trillion yen or more in Japan rose 0.9 pct to a record 99.46 million yen in fiscal 2019 from the previous year, a private-sector survey showed Tuesday.
   The fiscal 2019 survey covers 901 listed and 27 unlisted companies. Of them, 52 firms have one trillion yen or more in annual sales.
