   Tokyo, March 21 (Jiji Press)--The spread of the new coronavirus is taking its toll on eateries around Japan, where the government is asking the public to refrain from meetings over meals.
   Areas usually bustling with visitors such as the Asakusa tourist district in Tokyo is seeing only a small number of people.
