Kioxia Announces Postponement of Oct. 6 TSE Listing

Tokyo, Sept. 28 (Jiji Press)--Japanese chipmaker Kioxia Holdings Corp. said Monday it has decided to postpone its listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, planned for Oct. 6, citing an increasingly uncertain business outlook amid the U.S.-China tensions.

The listing would have been the largest initial public offering in Japan this year, with the company's stock market capitalization seen reaching about 2 trillion yen.
