Dai-ichi Life Unit to Buy U.S. Nonlife Insurer

   Tokyo, Sept. 28 (Jiji Press)--Dai-ichi Life Holdings Inc. <8750> said Monday that U.S. subsidiary Protective Life Corp. will acquire Warranty Topco Inc., which runs the Revolos nonlife insurance business in the United States.
   The acquisition price has not been disclosed, but it is expected to be around 10 billion yen. The buyout is likely to be completed by March 2021.
