Zen-Noh, Norinchukin to Invest 5.3 B. Yen in Nisshin Seifun

   Tokyo, Nov. 18 (Jiji Press)--Japan's National Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Associations, or Zen-Noh, and Norinchukin Bank will jointly acquire a stake of about 1 pct in Nisshin Seifun Group Inc. <2002> to form a business alliance.
   The pair will invest a total of 5.3 billion yen, to be put up equally by the two, in order to expand sales channels for Japanese agricultural products, according to their announcement Tuesday.
