Apparel Sales in Japan Plunge in January

   Tokyo, Feb. 21 (Jiji Press)--Apparel sales in Japan have been hit hard by consumers' unwillingness to spend amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
   Customer traffic to apparel stores has tumbled since the government reimposed a state of emergency over the pandemic for parts of the country in January.
