Kansai Electric Cancels Bond Issuance after FTC Inspection

   Osaka/Nagoya, April 15 (Jiji Press)--Kansai Electric Power Co. <9503> has canceled the issuance of a total of 60 billion yen in bonds, citing an on-site inspection by Japan's Fair Trade Commission.
   Chubu Electric Power Co. <9502>, which went through a similar FTC probe, has also called off a plan to issue 10 billion yen in 10-year green bonds later this month.
