Japanese Life Insurers to Up Domestic Bond Investments

   Tokyo, April 26 (Jiji Press)--Five major Japanese life insurers plan to increase domestic bond investments in fiscal 2021, aiming to reduce future interest rate risk by expanding superlong securities holdings.
   Aiming to secure returns, many will invest more in higher-yielding foreign bonds, according to asset management plans by the five insurers for the year that started this month.
