JR Tokai Suffers 1st Annual Net Loss amid COVID-19 Crisis

   Tokyo, April 27 (Jiji Press)--Central Japan Railway Co. <9022>, or JR Tokai, said Tuesday that it suffered a full-year net loss for the first time in the year through March, amid the COVID-19 crisis.
   The company, created through the 1987 Japanese National Railways privatization, logged a consolidated net loss of 201,554 million yen, against the previous year's profit of 397,881 million yen.
