(Update) Toyota Expects FY 2021 Net Profit to Hit 4-Year High

   Tokyo, May 12 (Jiji Press)--Toyota Motor Corp. <7203> said Wednesday that its group net profit in fiscal 2021, which started in April, is seen hitting a four-year high, on the back of a recovery in automobile sales, which have been dented by the coronavirus pandemic.
   For the current year, Toyota projected a net profit of 2.3 trillion yen, up 2.4 pct from the previous year, on sales of 30 trillion yen, up 10.2 pct.
