Yamaha to Electrify 90 Pct of Motorcycles by 2050

   Tokyo, July 20 (Jiji Press)--Japan's Yamaha Motor Co. <7272> said it aims to switch 90 pct of motorcycles it sells to electrified models by 2050, as part of its efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
   Currently, electric vehicles account for less than one pct of motorcycles sold by Yamaha.
