Honda to Begin Self-Driving Vehicle Test in Tochigi Soon

   Tokyo, Sept. 9 (Jiji Press)--Honda Motor Co. <7267> plans to begin a demonstration trial for a self-driving vehicle in the eastern Japan prefecture of Tochigi this month.
   The trial is part of the Japanese automaker's plan to jointly develop a vehicle for a driverless ride-sharing service with U.S. auto giant General Motors Co. and launch the service in Japan in the mid-2020s.
