101 More Inspection Fraud Cases Found at Mitsubishi Electric
Tokyo, May 25 (Jiji Press)--Japan's Mitsubishi Electric Corp. <6503> said Wednesday that it has confirmed 101 more cases of inspection misconduct, at 15 of its 22 domestic plants, bringing the total number of such cases to 148.
The new discoveries were included in a report from an investigative committee of outside lawyers set up by the company after the inspection malpractice scandal came to light.
