(Update) Toyota Raises Full-Year Net Profit Forecast on Weak Yen

   Tokyo, Aug. 4 (Jiji Press)--Toyota Motor Corp. <7203> upgraded its full-year consolidated net profit projection on Thursday, thanks to the yen's depreciation, despite the impact of soaring material prices.
   For the year ending in March 2023, Toyota raised the net profit projection from 2.26 trillion yen to 2.36 trillion yen, still down 17.2 pct from the previous year.
