Foreigners Stay Net Sellers of Japanese Stocks for 4th Month

   Tokyo, Dec. 6 (Jiji Press)--Foreign investors were net sellers of Japanese stocks for the fourth straight month in November, a Tokyo Stock Exchange report showed Thursday.
   Foreigners posted a selling excess of 299,861 million yen, up from 256,532 million yen in October, according to the report, which covered cash stock transactions via 50 brokerage firms in Japan's two major cash markets--the TSE and the Nagoya Stock Exchange.
