Tokyo Stocks Rebound Sharply on Yen's Fall

   Tokyo, Feb. 12 (Jiji Press)--Stocks staged a strong rally on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Tuesday, buoyed by buybacks that swelled in line with the yen's drop against the dollar.
   The 225-issue Nikkei average soared 531.04 points, or 2.61 pct, to end at 20,864.21. On Friday, the key market gauge tumbled 418.11 points. The market was closed on Monday for a national holiday.
