Nikkei Rises above 21,000 in Morning

   Tokyo, Sept. 5 (Jiji Press)--The Nikkei average rose above 21,000 for the first time in about a month on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Thursday morning, buoyed by expectations for progress in U.S.-China trade talks.
   The 225-issue average briefly advanced more than 500 points before ending the morning session at 21,131.08, up 481.94 points, or 2.33 pct, from Wednesday. The index last traded above the 21,000 line on Aug. 2.
