Foreigners Stay Net Sellers of Japan Stocks in 2019

   Tokyo, Jan. 10 (Jiji Press)--Foreign investors stayed net sellers of Japanese stocks for the second consecutive year in 2019, Tokyo Stock Exchange data showed Friday.
   Their annual net selling amounted to 795,304 million yen, according to the data on cash stock transactions via 49 brokerage firms on Japan's two major exchanges in Tokyo and Nagoya. In 2018, nonresidents sold 5,740,255 million yen more than they bought in transactions through 50 brokerages.
