Foreigners Turn Net Buyers of Japan Stocks for 1st Time in 3 Weeks

   Tokyo, Feb. 14 (Jiji Press)--Foreign investors turned net buyers of Japanese stocks for the first time in three weeks last week, the Tokyo Stock Exchange said Friday.
   Their net buying stood at 281,993 million yen, against net selling of 240,152 million yen in the prior week, according to the report on cash stock transactions via 49 brokerage firms on the TSE and the Nagoya Stock Exchange.
