Nikkei May Drop Further Next Week with No End to Virus Turmoil in Sight

   Tokyo, March 19 (Jiji Press)--The benchmark Nikkei stock average may go further down in volatile trading next week amid unabated global recession fears caused by the novel coronavirus.
   This week, the 225-issue Nikkei average tumbled 878.22 points, or 5.04 pct, to end at 16,552.83, despite the Bank of Japan's launch of an emergency quantitative easing program including an expansion in its purchase of exchange-traded funds.
