Tokyo Stocks Continue to Fall amid Coronavirus Resurgence Concerns

   Tokyo, July 8 (Jiji Press)--Tokyo stocks lost further ground Wednesday amid unabated fears over a resurgence in novel coronavirus infections.
   The Nikkei average of 225 selected issues listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange fell 176.04 points, or 0.78 pct, to end at 22,438.65. On Tuesday, the key market gauge lost 99.75 points.
