Tokyo Stocks Turn Moderately Higher on Buybacks

   Tokyo, Oct. 13 (Jiji Press)--Tokyo stocks took a modest upturn Tuesday on buybacks after losing ground for two straight sessions.
   The Nikkei average of 225 selected issues listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange rose 43.09 points, or 0.18 pct, to end at 23,601.78, following a 61-point drop Monday.
