Foreigners Stay Net Buyers of Japan Stocks Last Week

   Tokyo, Feb. 19 (Jiji Press)--Foreign investors stayed net buyers of Japanese stocks for the second straight week last week, a Tokyo Stock Exchange report has shown.
   Their buying excess fell to 345,158 million yen from the preceding week's 421,548 million yen, according to Thursday's report on stock trading via 50 brokerage firms on the TSE and the Nagoya Stock Exchange.
