Nikkei Average Hits Post-Bubble Highs

   Tokyo, Sept. 14 (Jiji Press)--Japanese stocks rose in Tokyo trading Tuesday morning, pushing the benchmark Nikkei average to its highest levels since the collapse of Japan's bubble economy in the early 1990s.
   The Nikkei average of 225 selected issues listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange ended the morning session at 30,562.42, up 115.05 points, or 0.38 pct, from Monday.
