Tokyo Stocks Inch Down in Quiet Trading

   Tokyo, Oct. 13 (Jiji Press)--Tokyo stocks ended slightly lower Wednesday as trading was slow and directionless amid a dearth of fresh incentives.
   The Nikkei average of 225 selected issues listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange fell 90.33 points, or 0.32 pct, to finish at 28,140.28, following a 267.59-point decline Tuesday.
