Tokyo Stocks Rise on U.S. Interest Rate Dip

   Tokyo, Oct. 14 (Jiji Press)--Tokyo stocks climbed Thursday as growth issues benefitted from a decline in U.S. long-term interest rates.
   The Nikkei average of 225 selected issues listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange scaled 410.65 points, or 1.46 pct, to end at 28,550.93, after shedding 90.33 points Wednesday.
