Dollar Tops 115 Yen for 1st Time in 56 Months before Easing in Tokyo

   Tokyo, Nov. 24 (Jiji Press)--The dollar cleared 115.00 yen to renew a 56-month high before losing steam a little in Tokyo trading Wednesday, backed by higher U.S. long-term interest rates.
   At 5 p.m., the dollar stood at 114.90-90 yen, up from 114.22-22 yen at the same time Monday. The euro was at 1.1245-1245 dollars, down from 1.1260-1260 dollars, and at 129.21-21 yen, up from 128.63-63 yen. Tokyo financial markets were closed Tuesday for a national holiday.
